Redesigning a complex, high-entry application in an environment with specific capabilities and constraints. Improving the onboarding creation path, the appearance of Tasks and their editing, and creating a new alternative onboarding creation path enabling the user to make live edits.

Results
Close, daily cooperation with the CEO and programmers resulted in a full understanding of the design problem and the implementation of many improvements to both UX and UI. The changes made the applications more accessible to non-programmers by removing many unfavorable design patterns.
